Tanaza has developed its cloud platform (https://cloud.tanaza.com) which runs on a reliable, secure, highly-available (99,99%), and redundant cloud infrastructure. WiFi access points communicate with this cloud infrastructure through Tanaza’s firmware, a piece of embedded software which is installed on the access point and replaces the existing stock firmware.
Separation between client and management traffic
Tanaza architecture and communication protocols have been designed by our engineers in order to provide extreme levels of security and reliability. There is a complete separation between client’s traffic and Access Point management traffic, which is sent through a secure 256bit SSL encrypted tunnel.
Tanaza’s domains are certified and Tanaza’s Agent authenticity is granted by a code-signing certificate. At last, as Tanaza is hosted on Amazon Web Services, you get the highest levels of reliability available on the market.
Tanaza is a multi-vendor / vendor-agnostic software that supports a variety of access points. It works great with a wide range of access points, expensive or low-cost, indoor or outdoor, desktop or ceiling-mountable, even with POE.
Tanaza has developed the Access Point Selector tool to help you find the access point most suitable for your network, based on your location, the size of the venue, the number of access points and concurrent users will be different.
