After quite a lot of requests, we are glad to announce that with the release of the latest Tanaza Dashboard, we also integrated two nice-to-have support features within your favourite tool to cloud manage multi-vendor WLAN Access Points.
It’s now possible to:
- directly access the support center from the Dashboard, both going to the help.tanaza.com Knowledge Base or to the Community Forum community.tanaza.com.
- contact a Tanaza Operator and even chat to be guided through simple or complex provisioning or configuration procedures of your WLAN devices, all through the cloud.
- It’s also possible to activate screen sharing, with no need for TeamViewer or other screen sharing tools. Tanaza, the 100% cloud-based WLAN Dashboard.
